3. general description
Agni materials have higher resistance to arc erosion and contact welding than Ag or fag. Both properties are improved with increasing Ni content. All AgNi materials show good work ability and are easy to weld to contact supports. Low tendency towards material transfer in dc applications. Agni materials are environment-protective materials.
4. application Scope
Agni contact materials find a wide range of application in low woltage switching devices. They are used in relays, small contactors, light switches, temperature controllers. As well as in protective switches(they are used in asymetric contact pairs, for instance, against AgC, AgZnO or AgSnO2 materials)

1, Tri-metal contact has a contact surface as Fe material ,with small convexes to increase welding. It helps the welding stability of contact with bi-metal sheet and stainless steel sheet base materials etc.
2, By comparison with Welding Contact ,it has short heat time and clean environment .It is available for mini part producing ,especially for mini system .
3, Welding position is bonded by melting metals. Its electrical stability is much better than riveting contact with its perfect image and position ,If riveting ,may commonly distort bi metal in too lose welding .Later it influences temperature meter with data deviation .
